We are moving this coming weekend, with the walk-through on Friday, so I tried to come up with meals that were simple and used some things I already have. My grocery total this week was $39.13, and that included food, a pack of pull-ups, and a box of swiffer refill pads.

In no particular order:

pizza, salad

club sandwiches, chips

turkey ham with brown sugar and pineapple, mac & cheese

crockpot lasagna, garlic bread

steak, mashed potatoes, rolls

Since we are moving at the end of the month, I’m trying to use up some things in the pantry and freezer, and will be next week too.

This week:

bbq cups & fries (for bbq cups, brown 1 pound ground beef or turkey,drain, add enough bbq sauce to just cover. Using a can of grands biscuits, line a muffin pan, with one biscuit in each muffin cup, making a biscuit “liner” Spoon some of the meat mixture into each one, top with cheese, and bake according to the biscuit directions.

breakfast for dinner (eggs, biscuits, sausage, potatoes)
